Learning Experiences (LEs) are workplace knowledge pieces that Rockstar Tunawezans share with the community. A typical Learning Experience will not only establish a member's skills and credibility to help build a better career profile, but it will also greatly help those who are at the entry level of their careers.
A well written Learning Experience establishes the member’s credibility within the community and to potential employers. For a limited time, Tunaweza Alpha Elite members will also be compensated for writing Learning Experiences for a limited time. We offer a maximum of 750 KES for 3-star ranked LE, 1,000 KES for a 4-star ranked LE, and 1,500 KES for a 5-star ranked LE.
